Port Jefferson Village offers residents 1 & 1/2 miles of shoreline on Long Island Sound. Beaches are open from mid-June to Labor Day, with lifeguards are on duty 10am to 6pm, daily. Group party areas are available, as well as, a volleyball net (East Beach), and Sunfish/Sailfish racks (West Beach). Call 631-802-2160 for more information.

Kip Lee Park

This extensive playground area, which provides handicap accessibility, also includes 3 lighted tennis courts, two basketball courts, and an Interpretive walkway with historical markers. "The Little Barn" is also located here and is the backdrop for summer children's shows and movies.

Spring Street Rec Center

The Gym and multipurpose room in this facility formally known as "Port Jefferson Junior High School" are used for indoor recreation programs including basketball, volleyball and aerobics.

Texaco Park

This uptown park includes a playground and picnic area, as well as a 1/2 court basketball playing surface.
